Our vision is to build a community of youth weightlifters, their coaches and parents that challenge each other to become not just better athletes … but even more so … better men, better women, better friends and better neighbors.

Our mission is simple: To lift up the good around us, inspiring community as we go.

FEATURED ATHLETE

Dade Stanely * Beaufort, SC * Age 16

youthweightlifting.com is very excited to share with you our interview with Dade Stanely. When asked, “What characteristics do you strive for (on and off the platform)?” … Dade responded “I strive to keep good grades and great relationships with the people I love. This helps me to stay more focused on my success, it helps me to be a better person, and it also allows me to not stress when I’m on the platform because I know everything’s going to be alright, no matter what.” Great words for all of us.
